You can stop Kiver from handling your messages and have your information erased at any time. Choose the route below that matches your situation. We confirm every deletion request by email within 30 days.

If you messaged a business on Instagram or WhatsApp

  1. 1

    Remove Kiver's access from Instagram

In the Instagram app, open your profile, tap the menu, then Settings and privacy. Go to Apps and websites and remove Kiver. This stops any further message handling immediately.

  2. 2

Or ask the business to disconnect

On WhatsApp, the business controls the connection. Ask the business to disconnect its number in Kiver, or simply reply asking them to stop messaging you.

  3. 3

    Request erasure of your history

Removing access stops future messages but does not erase what was already saved. Email privacy@kiver.app with the subject Delete my data, and include the name of the business you messaged plus the Instagram username or WhatsApp phone number you used, so we can find the right conversation.

  4. 4

    What gets deleted

Your conversation history, the messages the receptionist sent you, your contact details, your appointments and any visit records shared with you. Once deleted, visit record links stop working.

If you are a business owner using Kiver

  1. 1

    Disconnect your channels

Open Settings in your dashboard and disconnect Instagram, WhatsApp and Google Calendar. Saved tokens are deleted straight away and the receptionist stops replying.

  2. 2

    Delete individual records

In Records you can delete any customer's visit record. In Calendar you can cancel appointments, which also removes the matching calendar entry.

  3. 3

    Close your account

Email privacy@kiver.app from the address you signed up with and ask us to close your account. We erase your business profile, hours, services, conversations, appointments, visit records and saved connections.

What we keep, and for how long

After a deletion request we remove your personal information from our live systems. Short-lived technical logs may retain a record of the request itself, and we keep the minimum needed where the law requires it — for example a business's own tax or treatment records that it is obliged to retain. Nothing we keep is used to contact you again.

For more detail on what we collect and why, read the privacy policy.
